President Abdel Fattah El Sisi ordered Monday continuing efforts aimed at protecting state-owned lands and reconciling with encroachers in a way that benefits citizens and serves public interest.
President Sisi's instructions were made at a meeting with Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli, Justice Minister Omar Marwan, Interior Minister Mahmoud Tawfiq and Local Development Minister Hisham Amna.
Also in attendance were Presidential Adviser for Urban Planning Amir Sayyed Ahmed and Chairman of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority Ahmed el Azazi.
Presidential Spokesman Ahmed Fahmi said that the meeting discussed the executive situation of legalizing and restoring state-owned lands nationwide, including reconciliation cases.
Talks also tackled ongoing efforts to preserve the rights of the state and people, in addition to the protection of agricultural lands, added Fahmi.
