The Kurdistan Regional Government announced: “A high-level delegation headed by Prime Minister Masrour Barzani and his deputy, Qubad Talabani, will visit the capital, Baghdad, tomorrow, Thursday, to discuss the differences and outstanding issues between the two sides.”
Kurdistan Regional Government spokesman, Peshwa Hormani, said in a statement: “In order to engage in dialogue and hold a number of meetings in Baghdad, the Prime Minister of the Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, his deputy Qubad Talabani, and a delegation of Kurdistan Regional Government ministers will visit Baghdad tomorrow morning, Thursday.”
He added: "The regional government intends to reach an agreement with the federal government," stressing the Kurdistan Regional Government's commitment to the agreements concluded with the federal government.
