Al-Sudani chairs the second meeting of the Supreme Youth Council

Baghdad - Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani chaired today, Thursday, the second meeting of the Supreme Youth Council, which addressed the issues on its agenda and came up with a set of directives and recommendations.

The Prime Minister’s Media Office said in a statement, “The ministries represented in the Supreme Council for Youth, the Youth and Sports Directorates in Baghdad and the governorates, and the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers were directed to hold awareness and educational workshops for young students who attend youth facilities related to the work of the Supreme Council for Youth.” In addition to directing the Ministry of Youth and Sports to provide the Council with youth facilities in all governorates, whether occupied or overlooked, in order to implement Cabinet Resolution No. (23465) of 2023.

The statement added, "The Council approved the establishment of the (Ideas Bank) and (Ain Youth) platforms, through contracting with a company specialized in information technology, in addition to approving the nomination of (6) young people who have experience in the private sector, to be permanent members of the General Authority to Support the Private Sector. .
