The ministers agreed to establish a joint committee to identify cooperation opportunities, synchronize efforts, and monitor joint projects. Qudah pointed out Jordan's investment benefits, access to regional and international markets, and its potential as a gateway for Syrian reconstruction and regional market expansion, supported by various free trade agreements. He identified opportunities in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, textiles, US market exports, and industrial integration in extractive industries like phosphates, potash, and fertilizers, along with tourism, sports, digital services, and video game development.
Qudah emphasized the importance of achieving quick wins through integrated projects in clothing, jewelry, and fertilizers, using the industrial base and natural resources from both nations.
Kudratov expressed Uzbekistan's interest in deepening economic ties with Jordan, identifying the Kingdom as a potential entry point to Middle Eastern and African markets, while Uzbekistan could act as a hub for the Eurasian Union. He suggested potential collaborations in pharmaceuticals, apparel for European and American markets, automotive and home appliances, IT, and agriculture, stressing the need for simplified visa processes and increased tourism exchange.
