Abu Dhabi, Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Khalifa, President of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA), participated in the Global Religious Leaders Summit for Climate that was held under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.

The summit was organised by the Muslim Council of Elders in collaboration with the United National Climate Change Conference (COP28).

The summit discussed the role of religious communities and institutions in addressing climate change and challenges.
